My mother is a zoologist. According to her, they're most likely a species in the phylum Briozoa, but other than that it's hard to be more specific. Apparently they're commonly known as "moss animals".

when i was at elementary school i had one of those chemistry kits where you could mix substances or learn about measuring volume, density of fluids etc. I made some "potions" as i used to call them and then after a few weeks my mother threw the kit with said closed potions in the attic. After 2 or 3 years i reopened the kit not remembering the content and i discovered similar structures in the jars where it used to be water. I freaked out because i believed i had created a deadly virus and after i poured chlorine i threw it in the garbage. Then , i couldn't sleep for some time because i was afraid the chlorine would strengthen further the virus witch could potential lead to world destruction.. omg

Those are some kind of polyps, they are "waiting predators" of macro particals/beings in the water. They are like algae: Can't prevent them - they are literally everywhere.
